Our OEM Customization Process
Inquiry & Quotation
We’ll reply to your product – related inquiries in time and offer detailed quotes (covering price, minimum order quantity, delivery time, etc.).
Sample Production & Confirmation
Based on your needs (such as design, material, size), we produce samples and send them to you for confirmation to make sure they match your expectations.
Contract Signing
After the sample is confirmed, we draw up a sales contract that specifies all terms (payment method, delivery date, quality standard, etc.) and sign it to make the cooperation official.
Deposit Payment
You pay the agreed – upon deposit (usually 30% of the total order value) to confirm the order and start mass production.
Mass Production
Our factory manufactures products according to the confirmed sample and contract details, and there will be strict quality control during the production process.
Pre – shipment Quality Inspection
Before shipment, our quality control team inspects all products to ensure they meet international standards and your requirements.
Final Sample Approval (Optional)
If necessary, we’ll send a bulk sample before full shipment for your final check to avoid any differences in the large batch.
Balance Payment
You pay the remaining balance after the pre – shipment inspection or when you receive the goods (as stipulated in the contract).
Logistics & Shipment Arrangement
We arrange sea/air freight, handle customs clearance, and track the shipment until it reaches your destination port or address.
Delivery & After – sales Support
Once the goods are delivered, our team provides after – sales service for any questions about product use, maintenance, or potential return/refund issues.
